Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and role fit.
Willing to learn Non IT/software skills and technology terms.
Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a very robust accent and active listening skills
Well-versed in outlook, google, and Microsoft.
Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with current technologies.
