About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and evaluation of our timesheet, survey, and workflow management tools. You will manage the full product lifecycle, partnering with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders to deliver process-improving solutions and identify current product prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Define and manage product roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and product backlog items.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Technology to drive solution delivery.
Support Agile ceremonies,



sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous enhancements.
