Internship Type - Paid Internship (Based on candidates skills)
Location - Nagpur.
Responsibilities :
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interface elements.
Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
Develop low fidelity, high fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks.
Create original designs (e.g. images, sketches, illustrations and tables).
Use AI-powered design and productivity tools to enhance research, ideation, content structuring, prototyping and workflow efficiency.
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. user flows, fallouts,
usability issues and reasons for churn).
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, components and images.
Requirements :
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio of design projects.
Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision, Figma).
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Familiarity with AI tools used in design workflows, research, content generation and productivity.
Basic understanding of responsive design, usability principles and user-centered design practices.
Team spirit and robust communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
