• Create and implement a recruitment strategy.
• Source, attract, and screening candidates based on a well-detailed strategy.
• Collaborate with staff members or clients to understand what is required for specific engineering roles such as Civil, Transportation/Highway, Bridge Design Engineering, Land Development, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Skilled Land Surveyors, Survey Party Chiefs, Civil Designers.
• Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods.
• Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
• Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full time and direct Hire roles.
• Should have experience working on ATS and VMS

Skillset




• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end US Engineering Recruitment.
• Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
• Should have experience working on Engineering Roles
• Strong experience working with LinkedIn recruiter.
• Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality and excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.
• Should have strong candidate relationship skills demonstrated through effective communication.
• Should have solid negotiation skills.
