Role Summary:
We are looking for an analytical business finance skilled to support strategic finance initiatives
across the organization. This role involves coordinating with business leaders to drive financial
performance, budgeting, profitability and operational excellence across branches in India and
overseas. The position is responsible for FP&A; and business finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with budgeting, estimates and long term financial planning branches at the entity level.
Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards and board PPTs.
Analyze revenue, EBITDA margins and costs and deep dive into other operational metrics.
Coordinate with center and functional heads to improve margins.




Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support recent branch expansions by preparing and analyzing projections.
Assist with the automation of MIS using tools like Power BI.
Support strategic initiatives and cost optimization projects.
Work closely with Accounts, Treasury, Tax, operations and other functional teams
Qualification & Experience:
CA with 3+ years of experience in FP&A; or Business Finance.
Experience in healthcare, retail, or B2C businesses is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Financial Modeling
MIS Reporting
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI type of tools.
