International Voice Support Telecom Process

Position: International Voice Support Executive
Process: Telecom / Customer Support

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international telecom customers.
Assist customers with mobile plans, network issues, billing, SIM-related queries, and service requests.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Upsell higher-value plans, upgrades, and additional services.
Cross-sell relevant telecom products and services.
Achieve customer service and sales targets.
Maintain qualified communication and accurate call records.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




Positive spoken English and communication skills.
Comfortable handling international customers.
Positive convincing and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
