What we are looking for:
Robust experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end automated data solutions.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with "AI-ready" data. You know what it takes to feed AI models for automated reporting, including managing high-quality metadata, writing excellent field descriptions, and defining clear, robust relationships between tables.
Proven experience designing scalable data models and building production-grade data platforms using the Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large and complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with contemporary data warehouses, ideally BigQuery.
Experience building, automating,



and maintaining ETL or ELT pipelines in production environments.
Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or Dataform.
Experience working with orchestration tools.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or similar.
Solid understanding of cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
A degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with other engineering teams to onboard data, as well as technical and business stakeholders.
