Responsibilities
Demonstrated capability in program management to support complex transformation initiatives and deliver structured execution plans. Solid experience in business process improvement and operational excellence to identify efficiency opportunities and drive measurable outcomes. Proficient in stakeholder engagement and client management to coordinate expectations, align priorities, and ensure delivery continuity. Experienced in cross-functional team engagement to facilitate collaboration across business and functional workstreams. Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to prepare documentation, presentations, and analysis for transformation delivery.
