We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in ServiceNow Integrations to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies. The candidate should possess solid development skills and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, JDBC, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
Implement inbound and outbound integrations using MID Servers and web services.
Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,



and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, security, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills
7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
Expertise in:
REST API Integration
SOAP Web Services
IntegrationHub
Flow Designer
MID Server
Scripted REST APIs
Import Sets & Transform Maps
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
Positive understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and Service Catalog.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or SecOps modules.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce, Azure, SAP, Workday, Jira, Active Directory, or other enterprise applications.
ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
