Lead complete lifecycle management of BaNCS, APEX, and other enterprise-critical systems.
Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of all core applications.
Oversee upgrades, patches, releases, and production deployments with zero-defect philosophy.
Drive modernization initiatives, including API enablement, integration frameworks, microservices adoption, and platform upgrades.
Lead and mentor a blended team of internal employees and external vendor specialists.

Required Skills & Experience
15 to 20+ years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 8+ years in leadership roles managing core systems.
Deep functional and technical understanding of BaNCS banking core platforms.
Solid background in application architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, and performance engineering.
Demonstrated experience in managing large internal teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
Proven track record in delivering complex transformation initiatives in BFSI.
