Job description

We are looking for a energetic and experienced Property Retail Leasing Manager to manage leasing and tenancy operations for branded retail spaces across our commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of closing retail leasing brands deals with national and international brands and be able to deliver high occupancy rates and tenant mix optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Leasing (Brands Focus)
Identify, approach, and onboard national and international retail brands across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, electronics, and F&B.;
Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, including commercials, terms & conditions, fit-out timelines, and legal documentation.
Curate and optimize the tenant mix to align with the property's brand positioning and consumer demographics.
Develop and execute leasing strategies based on market demand, footfall trends, and competitor benchmarking.
Brand Relationship Management




Build and maintain solid relationships with brand leasing teams, franchisees, and retail consultants.
Act as the single point of contact for branded tenants during leasing, fit-out, and operational phases.
Understand brand expansion strategies and proactively pitch available mall spaces.
Lease Administration & Documentation
Oversee lease documentation, negotiations, execution, and compliance in coordination with legal and finance teams.
Track lease expiries, rent escalations, and key contractual milestones.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of lease terms, licenses, and operational handover dates.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
8 to15 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably with exposure to brand leasing.
