Role & responsibilities
A Remote Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues via remote tools (VPN, screen sharing).
They resolve user queries, manage software installations, and maintain system performance, ensuring high-quality support and security compliance for users.
They have to handle problem remotely and having hands on experience of O365, Bitlocker, AD.
Outlook troubleshooting and configuration experience
Should have knowledge of Incident and Problem Management, SLA
