1.0 Supplier Management
Understanding limitations and future scope of work with existing suppliers.
Exploring recent / alternative suppliers, with better quality and prices.
Meeting with suppliers and establishing relationships on behalf of Air & Steel Magazine.
Placing orders and keeping track of samples and prototypes.
2.0 Inventory Management
Keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory.
Planning next phase of orders based on projected customer demand.
3.0 Delivery and Delivery-Partner Management
Ensuring orders are being systematically processed, packed, and shipped.
Managing the packaging executives, and ensuring high quality standards.
