Responsible for branch FTR & TAT for processed transactions.
Meeting Service & Compliance targets.
Increase digital penetration for Trade.
Managing customers & business (trade related) queries and service issues.

Knowledge of Trade remittance, LC, BG,PCFC,SBLC ,RBI Guidelines, etc.
