Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Learn about different IT technologies and job roles.
Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
