Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Lead Engineer (Data AI) to drive the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, ensuring product architecture and development align with technology roadmaps and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and generative AI solutions for Safety, Regulatory, and Clinical functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud computing and automation technologies.
Stay updated on advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation, applying them to enhance product offerings.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Work closely with business partners, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements.
Optimize product performance and scalability using cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers,



fostering innovation.
Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or IT.

Required Skills & Experience (26 years):
Proven experience in engineering roles with focus on AI, generative AI, cloud computing, and automation.
Robust background in software development and software engineering.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++).
Knowledge of data structures (Stacks, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs).
Familiarity with automation tools (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
Solid problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cooperative teamwork.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet goals.

Preferred:
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry domains — Clinical, Safety, Regulatory.
