Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and utility-related issues.
Maintain and monitor compressors, pumps, DG, air-conditioning, and other utility systems.
Monitor power, water, compressed air, and other utility services.
Conduct regular inspection of machines and utility equipment.
Maintain maintenance checklists, breakdown reports, and service records.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
Maintain spares, tools, and maintenance materials.
Coordinate with external vendors and service engineers when required.
Support installation, commissioning, and shifting of machinery.
Ensure proper 5S,



housekeeping, safety, and PPE compliance in the maintenance area.
Identify recurring breakdowns and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum production downtime.

Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.
Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and attend breakdowns.
