Role & responsibilities
Source candidates for blue-collar and technical positions through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening of candidates based on job requirements.
Make outbound calls and communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities.
Explain job roles, salary, benefits, eligibility criteria, and interview details to candidates.
Shortlist suitable candidates and maintain candidate databases and trackers.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
Collect and verify basic candidate information and required documents.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily sourcing reports.
Assist senior recruiters in bulk/mass hiring activities.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure regular follow-ups.




Support recruitment campaigns and other HR/recruitment activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Comfortable making recruitment calls and interacting with candidates.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and blue-collar hiring.
Freshers and candidates pursuing/recently completed BBA, BMS, MBA (HR), or any relevant graduation can apply.
Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates interested in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition are preferred.
