Role & responsibilities
Strong experience in hiring manpower for:Die Casting, Injection Moulding, Tool & Die / Tool Room, CNC / VMC / EDM / Wire-cut, Production & Maintenance & Quality and Engineering
Drive hiring of operators, technicians, ITI/Diploma candidates, supervisors, engineers, and managerial positions.
Develop manpower plans based on production requirements and capacity expansion.
Manage blue-collar, skilled, semi-skilled, and contract manpower.
Strong hands-on knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance applicable to manufacturing establishments.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Manage labour department inspections, statutory registers, notices, audits, and documentation.
Handle contract labour compliance and contractor management.
Maintain a healthy and productive relationship between management and employees.
Strong experience in end-to-end payroll management for both permanent and contract employees.




Manage HRMS / payroll systems and maintain accurate employee records

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / Industrial Relations.
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
1520+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing / automotive / auto components / engineering industries.
Mandatory or strongly preferred experience in die casting, injection moulding, and tool room / tool & die manufacturing.
Proven experience in manufacturing recruitment and shop-floor manpower hiring.
Robust knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
Robust payroll and wage administration experience.
Valuable exposure to industrial relations and contract labour management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced plant/manufacturing environment and managing a large workforce.
