Supervise and guide the concierge team during daily operations.
Ensure prompt and qualified handling of guest requests and inquiries.
Assist guests with transportation, restaurant reservations, local attractions, entertainment, and other arrangements.
Maintain solid knowledge of local facilities, attractions, events, and services.
Handle VIP guests and coordinate personalized services and special requests.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively.
