A reputed 5-Star Luxury Hotel in Maldives is urgently hiring an experienced Butchery CDP (Chef de Partie) for immediate placement. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for hospitality professionals with experience in hotel butchery operations.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: USD 650/month
Service Charge (SC): MVR 7,710/month
Food: Provided by the company
Accommodation: Provided by the company

Job Responsibilities
Prepare, cut, trim, portion, and process meat, poultry, seafood, and other proteins according to hotel standards.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all meat products following food safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance in the butchery section.
Minimize wastage through proper cutting techniques and inventory control.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to meet daily production requirements.




Monitor stock levels and maintain quality and freshness of all products.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Butchery CDP in a 5-Star Hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
Hands-on experience in hotel butchery operations is mandatory.
Good knowledge of meat cutting, portioning, deboning, seafood preparation, and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a quick-paced skilled kitchen.
