Role & responsibilities:
Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve planned production targets.
Monitor production processes, manpower, machines, and material availability.
Allocate work to operators and production staff based on production schedules.
Ensure production is carried out as per quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Identify production bottlenecks, process issues, and quality deviations and take corrective action.
Maintain daily production records, shift reports, rejection reports, and other production-related documentation.
Preferred candidate profile:
Specify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
