DH Operations Executive Zepto

Location: Zepto HQ, Sarjapur, Bengaluru | Work from Office

Role Overview

Zepto is looking for a proactive and analytical DH Operations Executive to manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, track key performance metrics, resolve operational escalations, and coordinate with city and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily warehouse operations and identify process/operational breaches.
Track key metrics such as Putaway, Unloading, Inventory Hygiene, RTO, Recirculation, and Operational Breaches.
Handle real-time escalations and drive timely resolutions.
Conduct basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and suggest corrective actions.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Coordinate with City Teams, Warehouse Managers, Stores, and Central Operations.
Prepare daily trackers,



reports, and operational updates.
Make regular stakeholder/store calls for follow-ups and closures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar roles. Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Robust analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, calling-intensive setting.

Work Schedule
6-day work week
Rotational shifts: Morning / Evening / Night
Weekend and public holiday flexibility required.
