Provide day-to-day support for the SAP OTC module,



addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace. Ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement SAP OTC solutions in collaboration with the offshore team
Demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements.
Subject matter expertise in designing and configuring SAP OTC modules.
Should be able to independently capture and conduct workshops, gather client requirements, carry out solution fit/gap analysis, design reporting and analytics template. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess solid business acumen.
