Drive hub performance, productivity, delivery efficiency, and SLA adherence.
Manage manpower planning, hiring, attendance, productivity, and performance.
Monitor last-mile operations, shipment flow, delivery TAT, and hub KPIs.
Coordinate with Hub Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, processes, and safety standards.
Analyse operational data and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve cost, productivity, and service quality.
Handle escalations related to customers, delivery partners, manpower, and hub operations.
Support current hub launches, expansion, and process improvements.
Manage and control operational costs while achieving business targets.
