Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support for Smartstream IDLM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for business requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of system processes and procedures.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the system.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
