Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Officer for Helios LUXE. The candidate will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend premium/luxury watches based on customer preferences.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain solid product knowledge of luxury watch brands and collections.
Handle billing, POS transactions, exchanges and after-sales queries.
Maintain product displays,



visual merchandising and store standards.
Manage stock, inventory and daily sales reports.
Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate / 12th Pass.
13 years of experience in retail, luxury, premium lifestyle, watches or fashion accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric, sales-driven and well-groomed.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
