- JOB SUMMARY
- Transasia Biomedicals Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of IVD/diagnostic laboratory equipment at customer sites.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- • Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain IVD/diagnostic laboratory equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to analyzers and laboratory instruments.
• Handle breakdown calls and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment performance as per company standards.
• Provide technical support to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare customers.
• Maintain service records, visit reports, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and technical support teams for effective service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to junior service engineers whenever required.




• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- REQUIRED SKILLS
- • Robust hands-on experience in IVD/diagnostic equipment servicing.
• Valuable knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, instrumentation, or biomedical equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field-service activities.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
- CANDIDATE PROFILE
- • 5–8 years of relevant experience in IVD, diagnostics, medical equipment, or laboratory instrumentation service.
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, Instrumentation, or relevant engineering discipline.
• Candidates with experience in installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic analyzers will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to be based in/around Haridwar and travel across the assigned territory.
