We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring for our US IT Staffing organization. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring US staffing specialists and handling the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions.
Hire US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, BDMs, Account Managers, and Team Leads.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and roll out offers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Required Skills
14 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience in US IT Staffing recruitment is preferred.
Good understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, H4 EAD, W2, C2C, and 1099.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
