About the Role:
Zinnov is hiring for a Global MNC MedTech client establishing a new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. This role drives enterprise technology, digital transformation, and innovation for global operations, working closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams in a highly regulated workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead investigation, triage, and resolution of complex cybersecurity incidents
Perform advanced threat analysis, digital forensics, and root cause investigations
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts across enterprise systems and networks
Design, implement, and improve incident response processes, playbooks, and tooling
Act as senior technical escalation point during high-impact cyber events
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate response and ensure regulatory alignment
Conduct post-incident reviews and strengthen security controls
Support audit activities and maintain incident documentation
Mentor junior analysts and build incident response capability
Evaluate emerging threats and industry best practices

Required Skills:
8+ years in cybersecurity with focus on incident response,



threat detection, or digital forensics
Proven experience investigating complex security incidents in enterprise settings
Robust knowledge of security operations, SIEM tools, endpoint detection, network security
Expertise in threat analysis, malware investigation, root cause analysis
Experience with cross-functional stakeholders in a global organization
Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences

Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK;
Experience building/improving incident response programs and playbooks
Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience leading IR efforts or mentoring analysts
Exposure to threat intelligence platforms and threat hunting

Certifications (preferred): CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, CEH, or equivalent
