Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
Place H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, GC, and USC candidates on C2C/W2 opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Negotiate pay rates and close placements.
Update consultants' resumes based on client requirements.
Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports.
Work extensively on Dice, LinkedIn, JobDiva, Monster, and vendor portals.

Required Skills
25 years of US IT Bench Sales experience.
Robust network of Tier-1 vendors.
Excellent communication and rate negotiation skills.
Experience handling Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, and QA consultants.
Ability to work independently during US business hours.
