Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR.
Robust experience in Oracle Fusion Global Payroll Middle East.
Experience with at least one Middle East payroll legislation; Saudi Arabia / UAE preferred.
Solid knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.
Positive understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle.
Experience with Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts and security.
Experience in implementation, enhancement and/or production support projects.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
