To develop, manage and provide human resources support including recruiting, advantages, compensation, statutory compliance, employee relations, and training & development for Gold factories of MGD, India.
Preferred candidate profile
Manage day to day Hire to Retire HR operations of all Gold factory units as the primary HR resource.
Responsible to develop organizational design, organizational development, job analysis and overall business capability as per the HR Policy.
Ensure that all areas of HR: policy, process and procedures, recruitment, compensation, training, performance management, employee relations, employee selection and other key human resource areas are followed across all factories as per the companys decision.
Manage all compliance activities under HR function in terms of statutory compliance, advisory, monitoring and regulatory reporting
