Roles & Responsibilities
* Coordinate project planning and execution activities across teams.
* Track project schedules, progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports* and project documentation.
* Support project managers in planning, reporting, and coordination activities.
* Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Use Advanced Excel* for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
Leverage AI tools* for improving reporting efficiency, coordination, and documentation workflows.
* Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
* Maintain records related to project progress, timelines, and resource coordination.
* Assist in identifying project risks, delays,



and coordination gaps, and support corrective actions.
* Ensure proper communication flow between all project stakeholders.

Required Skills
Robust experience in Project Planning and Coordination*
Excellent knowledge of MIS reporting* and MS Projects
Proficiency in Advanced Excel*
Familiarity with AI tools* for project/reporting support
* Valuable communication and coordination skills
* Ability to handle multiple project activities and reporting requirements efficiently
Experience in Microsoft Projects Planning, Coordination and Schedulng
Experience in Industrial projects building manufacturing plants and working a a project coordination in similar areas- (Area:planning of industrial projects (manufacturing plants, refineries, power plants, etc.)

Preferred Skills

BIM knowledge*will be an added advantage

Experience in industrial / manufacturing project environments preferred
