Responsibilities:
Equipment Management:
Design, install, calibrate, and maintain biomedical and medical electronic equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure the proper functioning of medical devices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and repair faulty equipment.
Technology Integration:
Assist in integrating medical electronics into healthcare facilities and workflows.
Work with IT and healthcare teams to ensure smooth operation of connected devices.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all equipment meets regulatory standards and certifications.
Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments for medical devices.
Technical Support and Training:
Provide technical support and training to medical staff on using and maintaining devices.
Develop user manuals, SOPs, and other documentation for medical electronics.
Research and Development:
Collaborate with R&D; teams to innovate and improve biomedical devices.
Stay updated on advancements in biomedical engineering and medical electronics.
