Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support for Microsoft Power Platform applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Power Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation of technical processes and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform and apply them to improve systems.
Analyze and report on technical issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
