Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of up-to-date cloud-native applications using React, NestJS, TypeScript, and GCP. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience leveraging Claude Code to enhance development productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile (AI Experience is mandatory)
8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.
Robust expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
Experience building and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices,



Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
Experience with Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, or similar GCP services.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using Claude Code for AI-assisted software development and engineering productivity.
Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Experience with CloudSQL for Postgres, AlloyDB
Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, and observability practices and tools
