Role & responsibilities :

Stores Management
Manage inward and outward material transactions.
Ensure timely GRN creation and material receipt verification.
Maintain proper storage, identification, and traceability of raw materials, WIP, consumables, and finished goods.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adherence to FIFO / FEFO practices.
Conduct daily, cycle, and annual physical inventory audits.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase, and Quality teams for uninterrupted material availability.
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.

Dispatch & Logistics
Plan dispatches as per customer schedules and PPC requirements.
Ensure timely shipment of finished goods with zero delivery delays.
Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and gate passes.




Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch execution.
Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities.
Track dispatch performance and customer delivery adherence.

Warehouse Operations
Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space.
Maintain 5S and visual management standards in stores and dispatch areas.
Implement inventory control systems and improve warehouse productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
4 to 10 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, or Dispatch functions.
Preferably from Automotive, Auto Components, Stamping, Sheet Metal, Press Shop, or Fabrication industries.
