Role & responsibilities
Ensure execution of activities in accordance with defined work policies and methodologies.
Regularly complete required work policy certifications relevant to assigned activities.
Minimize wastage of materials and optimize resource utilization, including manpower.
Plan and schedule work activities across daily, weekly, and monthly milestones.
Monitor progress and submit timely daily and weekly progress reports.
Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S;) standards.
Conduct thorough pre-, during-, and post-execution quality checks for all activities.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and other relevant departments for seamless execution.
Report daily operational issues to the reporting manager in a timely and structured manner.
Manage a minimum of three major activities simultaneously, such as structural works or finishing or external development or waterproofing or landscaping.
Record contractor work progress and quantities accurately in Measurement Books (M-Books).
Prepare and submit daily NMR (Nominal Mustor Roll) / DLR (Daily Labour Report) for review and processing.
