CarzSpa is one of India's established car detailing and car-care brands, known for premium services like paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and professional detailing. We have launched our brand-new studio in Ghatkopar, Mumbai a modern, fully-equipped facility delivering a high-end car care experience.

As an early team member at a current studio, you'll play a direct role in building our customer base from the ground up, with clear scope to grow as the studio scales.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to drive enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed bookings at our Ghatkopar studio. You'll be the face of the studio for every customer who calls, messages, or walks in — understanding their needs, explaining our services, and converting interest into sales.

Key responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiry forms, and follow up consistently until the enquiry is closed (most detailing decisions take 2–3 touchpoints, so disciplined follow-up is key).
Handle walk-in customers professionally — understand their requirement, explain PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing packages,



and recommend the right solution.
Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, share package details, and clearly communicate pricing and value to justify premium services.
Maintain an organised record of all leads, follow-ups, and conversions (lead tracker / CRM).
Coordinate with the detailing team to schedule jobs and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements (Who we're looking for)
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of sales experience (retail, showroom, automotive, or service-sales background preferred).
Good spoken and written English; ability to read and write English comfortably. Hindi/Marathi speaking ability is a robust plus for connecting with Mumbai customers.
Confident, presentable, and comfortable in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer/smartphone skills for managing leads and quotations.
Able to travel to and work from our Ghatkopar studio.
