Roles and Responsibility
Design, implement, and manage database architectures to support business growth and scalability.
Develop and maintain database standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database improvements.
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on database applications and best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and privacy policies.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of database design principles, data modeling, and normalization techniques.
Experience with database management systems such as MySQL,



PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Proficiency in writing effective queries and stored procedures using various programming languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
