Role & responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Participate in on-campus, off-campus recruitment drives and job melas/job fairs.
Visit colleges and other locations for recruitment drives when required.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate databases.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Male & Female candidates can apply.
Candidates who can speak Tamil and/or Kannada are preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel and participate in campus drives, off-campus drives and job melas.
Candidates willing to work in Tirupati or Chennai can apply.
