Role & responsibilities
Conduct quality testing & analysis of oils and finished products.
Inspect raw materials, products, packing materials & tankers.
Perform revalidation testing and maintain test records.
Identify and investigate quality issues & non-conformances.
Support customer complaints, CAPA & corrective actions.
Prepare COA, labels, inspection reports & quality documents.
Support ISO/QMS activities and maintain quality records.
Ensure laboratory 5S & housekeeping.
Coordinate with departments for quality-related issues.
