Role & responsibilities "
Identify and approach salons, spas, nail studios, beauty parlours and wellness businesses in Bengaluru.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals and online research.
Meet business owners and explain how Glammzo can help them manage their salon operations.
Conduct product demos and convert prospects into Glammzo customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
Assist current clients with onboarding and getting started with Glammzo.
Achieve monthly sales and client onboarding targets.
Maintain lead and customer details in the CRM.
Share regular sales updates and feedback with the team.

Preferred candidate profile
03 years of experience in sales, business development or field sales.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Comfortable with field sales and meeting business owners.
Willing to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings.
Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of smartphones, web applications and CRM tools.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, software, retail or merchant acquisition is a plus.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
