About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Pre-Sales Consultant who can work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design suitable solutions, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, commercial understanding, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into effective technology solutions.
This position will serve as the bridge between customers, sales teams, OEMs, and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Consulting
Engage with prospective customers to understand business and technical requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and solution discovery workshops.
Recommend suitable products, services, and technology solutions based on customer needs.
Assist customers in defining business objectives and success criteria.

Proposal Management
Prepare proposals, BOMs, quotations, and technical solution documents.
Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors,



and distributors for pricing and solution architecture.
Develop customer presentations and executive summaries.

Customer Engagement
Conduct product demonstrations, POCs, and solution presentations.
Participate in customer meetings alongside sales teams.
Address customer concerns and technical queries.
Build solid relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Sales Support
Work closely with account managers during the sales cycle.
Support negotiation discussions through technical justification.
Ensure accurate solution sizing and costing.
Maintain proposal repositories and reusable content.

Desired Skills
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of Cloud, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, UEM/MDM, Security, SaaS, Networking, or IT Infrastructure solutions.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
Excellent documentation and proposal writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
