Role & responsibilities

To develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, ensuring effective planning, resource utilization, schedule optimization, progress tracking, and timely project delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibility Areas
Develop and manage L2L5 detailed project schedules with resource loading.
Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, WBS, and milestones.
Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual site execution.
Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment.
Implement recovery plans using rapid-tracking and crashing techniques.
Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and monitor SPI/CPI.
Generate weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and S-curves.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams.
Support management with forecasting, scenario analysis, and project insights.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
0508 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls for EPC, Infrastructure, Industrial, or Construction projects.




Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).
Expertise in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, baseline schedules, and resource-loaded plans.
Sound knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and project performance monitoring.
Experience in schedule risk assessment, delay analysis, recovery planning, and project forecasting.
Proficient in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, S-curves, and management presentations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Site teams.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to work in a quick-paced project workplace.
Willingness to travel to project sites as and when required.
