Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to promote and sell hospital equipment, Elderly and home health care equipment, and medical consumables. The candidate will develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, pharmacies, and home health care providers regularly.
Promote and sell medical equipment, mobility aids, rehabilitation products, and medical consumables.
Identify current business opportunities and generate new customer leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital purchase departments, nurses, and institutional clients.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until orders are received.
Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and installation of products.
Collect customer feedback and resolve basic service-related issues.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates to the reporting manager.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated with product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
3 to 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, hospital supplies, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.

Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and selling skills.
Customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.

Number of customer visits per day.

Accurate and timely submission of sales reports.
