Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and explain courses (Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, AI, etc.)
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into walk-ins
Follow up with interested candidates regularly
Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
Achieve daily/weekly call and walk-in targets
Coordinate with the counselling team for admissions

Required Skills
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mind-set
Ability to handle rejection and pressure

12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers can apply
Experience in tele calling, sales, or customer support is a plus
