Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Manage and resolve Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, ISP, and ILL connectivity issues.
Maintain and track IT assets, including inventory, allocation, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and maintenance.
Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and business applications.
Ensure smooth IT operations across all college locations through remote and in office support.
Maintain service records, asset databases, and support documentation.
