We are looking for a responsible, organized, and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage the complete HR and administrative functions of a small organization of approximately 30 employees.
The person will be responsible for employee management, recruitment coordination, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, documentation, policies, employee engagement, office administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
This is a hands-on role and requires someone who can independently manage the HR and administration function with minimal supervision.
